Job for a Site Coordinator at Major Oil Company
Our client is looking to recruit a Site Co-ordinator for a Major Oil Company, operating in Lagos, Nigeria.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Coordinate all Construction planning input to a project post Gate 3
• Serve as a member of the Construction Planning Team
• Interface primarily with project team Technical Manager and Sub-Project Manager and other functional planning coordinators, i.e, planning coordinators from Technical and Project Planning and Services Organizations
• Participate/support/lead as requested on discrete tasks to improve Construction systems and tools
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Trouble Shooting and EM resource leveraging for Construction sites
• Assist initial site planning and resources
• Site planning processes
• Mobilization assistance
• Site Management systems/processes
• Leadership development and enhancing team performance
• Interface management processes (e.g. site deliverables management)
• Strategic site planning
• Resource leveraging and trouble shooting
• Contractor relations, assessments, contracting
• Contractor assessments, gaps
